The Lithuanian team Me Architect You, with its project CH cloud, has won the first prize at the European IF Lab, which was held in Tallinn on 22 September as part of the Design Night. The second award was for a team of Portugal calledricoxete.com for its project Termic Pilow, while the third prize was wined by the project Leilivihmuti, of the Estonian Artur Rusin. On the other hand, the project which has been voted the most on Facebook was the Belgian Inflatable work of art with a smile.
The jury's decision, according to one of its members, Josyane Franc, "was not complicated at all." Frank says that the winner was clear to them just after seeing the projects, and after hearing and seeing the presentations, this conviction was strengthened. The Lithuanian team members have admitted that winning the competition was "quite a surprise", because in a competition of Lithuania they had finished third, and did not expect this success.

The winners of the Barcelona IF LAB contest, Anouk Puntel, Angel Illescas ySanti Trias Bonet, have not been raised with the prizes they aspire to. However, their projects were displayed at the Exhibition IF Tallinn.

The IF... Lab exhibition includes information about the other IF... festivals. Within the span of 2 years, Innovation Festival is organised in 6 cities, Barcelona, Milan, Kortrijk, Lisbon, Vilnius and Tallinn.

The aim of the contest is to make innovation more visible through design, provide an opportunity for creative and innovative artists to introduce their works to the public and try to find ways of applying their ideas.
